All parents co-parent. When parents are on bad terms, co-parenting is the definition of the process where two parents work together to raise a child even though they are divorced, separated, or no longer living together.
Parents can help their children manage their feelings; parents can show their kids how to deal with disappointment, anger, uncertainty and frustration. It takes maturity and sacrifice to help kids do this. It requires parents to act in the way that their children will be expected to act through the awkward days ahead.
“Let there be no quarrel between us for we were once family.”
– Genesis 3
Co-parenting can be simple but is not easy. We help you and your family to create a plan to understand and resolve the family’s conflicts so that relationships are restored. We know people are not the problem; the problem is the problem. We look forward to working with your family to engage, resolve and reinvent opportunities from problems.
